Refunds and Returns

Due to the special nature of the product, we unfortunately do not accept returns or refunds . We urge all customers to read the product description carefully and ensure they are happy with their choice before making a purchase.

Defective or damaged goods

If your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately via email at the following email address: order@amanitaskogen.se , and provide a description of the problem and attach pictures showing the damage. We will assess the matter and, if necessary, replace the item at no extra cost.

Shipping and delivery

• Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• Uncollected packages: Packages that are not collected from the drop-off location will be charged a fee to cover handling costs.
