By making a purchase on AmanitaSkogen, you certify that you are of legal age in your home country or that you have permission from an adult guardian to use the website.

When purchasing, your card will be charged immediately. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act, provided that the product has not been broken or used. For details, see our return policy.

All prices are in SEK and include applicable VAT. Delivery time is normally 3-5 working days within Sweden. For international orders, delivery time may be longer. You will receive a confirmation and tracking information when your order is shipped.

SECTION 2 – PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website or our products for any illegal purpose or in a manner that violates any local laws, including copyright laws. If you violate these terms, we have the right to immediately terminate your access to the website and our services.

Any disputes shall primarily be resolved by mutual agreement between the parties. If a solution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in a Swedish court with Stockholm District Court as the first instance.
