Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of our products, opened, used, or unsealed items cannot be returned or refunded for health protection and hygiene reasons.

Unused, unopened products in their original sealed condition may be eligible for return in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@amanitaskogen.se within the applicable withdrawal period after receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@amanitaskogen.se.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

After reviewing your claim, we will provide an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Customs, Import Restrictions & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may legally be imported into their destination country.

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds, replacements, or compensation for shipments that are delayed, refused, confiscated, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local import regulations, customs procedures, or restrictions, unless required by applicable law.

Uncollected or Refused Orders

Customers are responsible for accepting and collecting their shipments.

Orders returned to us because they were unclaimed, refused by the recipient, or could not be delivered due to incorrect address information may be subject to return shipping costs, customs charges, storage fees, and handling fees. These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

If a returned shipment cannot be recovered or is destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities, no refund will be issued.
