Increased focus in my everyday life, much easier to work in front of the computer and spend quality time with my children/family (previously it was very easy for me to zone out and experience a form of restlessness). "negative" thoughts are not there in the same way as before. My everyday life generally feels much easier, I wouldn't say it gives me any kind of "feeling", it's more like a lot of crap has been peeled off than something has been "added".
My metabolism has changed for the better, I have higher sauna tolerance and also higher cold shower tolerance, at the gym I can "push" more reps below the lactic acid threshold level than before. My fructose/sucrose addiction is almost completely gone, I have no cravings which I normally would have especially if I had a lack of sleep, now I only go to bed if I'm tired instead of "binge eating" before. I accomplish more things in my everyday life and everything I do now feels satisfying instead of being "a must". My long car trips have become pure pleasure, before I always needed to eat something sweet to get through a longer trip. There is much more to share but I'll stop here for now.
I use medical studies/research as a way to understand why it has had this effect on me but ultimately we all only have our own experiences to share.
